Working T & Cs
I am invoicing for my services and payment is due 7 days after receiving the invoice, unless otherwise agreed (as would be the case for progress payments).
All service discussions will be made either by phone, email or Skype/Zoom. Once we agree on the service, we will sign a service agreement which identifies the scope of work and delivery times, etc.
Returns Policy - Change of Mind
I want you to be 100% happy with my services. However, I also need to feed myself, so there are reasonable boundaries around this. If you are not totally satisfied with my service, please contact me: email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving the service, so we can discuss your concerns and try to negotiate a win/win solution.
If you have a problem, contact me and we will discuss it. If we can’t reach an agreement, I may suggest bringing in a neutral third party (a mediator) to help us find a solution. If we still can’t work it out, any disputes or arguments arising under this agreement are to be dealt with under the law of New Zealand.
